Notes:
The 10 Kyu focuses on developing balance and stability in the techniques and the kata.
Students must demonstrate how to move into Zenkutsu dachi and fudo dachi correctly.
The hand weapon of Seiken in used.
'Oi Zuki', the hand technique is used for lunging forward in an attack.
For foot technique, students should be able to show fast movements that push out from the hips.
