Welcome from our teachers.

Allegra

Welcome to the website of Kyokushinkai Karate Engadin. Our school was founded in April 2016 by Sempai Fernando Marques. We offer training three times a week for adults and children.

Our school of around 50 students work together to help each other to improve their minds and bodies. We are a full contact style of Karate and we strive to make our training fun and challenging.

We cordially invite you to come for a free trial lesson.

TRAINING

Our training consists of three components, Kihon (a Syllabus of techniques for each belt), the Katas (a rehearsed form of techniques) and Kumite (sparring).

Our style of Karate is a full contact sport however we all work together as a team to help each other to improve in an atmosphere of support, respect and appropriate difficulty. Self improvement is the goal of all Kyokushin students. We strive to learn from each other and to push each other to better themselves. At the heart of our sport is teamwork.

We are all one family, we are all Kyokushin. Osu!
